17 August 2022 - Palace Studios has opened its door this August to all fitness enthusiasts in Hong Kong. Palace Studios is Hong Kong's first private, on-demand fitness studios that provides personal trainers and their clients premium training spaces powered by a tech-enabled platform. Through technology and design, Palace Studios aims to redefine the way fitness and wellness spaces operate, making personalised sessions simple, flexible and sustainable for professionals and clients alike.

Palace Studios is set up with the purpose to revolutionize the personal training industry by empowering fitness and wellness professionals to take control of their businesses and serve their clients in convenient, easy-to-access and fully equipped fitness spaces. Designed by the multidisciplinary studio Editecture, all Palace Studios are fitted out with best-in-class fitness equipment from Atlantis and Eleiko. All studios are granted entry through a contactless access solution from Proxy and purpose designed for enclosed self-workout, 1-on-1 or 2-on- 1 training sessions, offering a sense of privacy and safety to users. The first two Palace Studios are situated in the heart of Hong Kong's vibrant Central district and fully equipped with changing facilities, individual showers and a waiting area with an Urban Spring water station and complimentary Clean Nutrition protein shakes.

Highly committed to developing sustainable spaces and providing a safe and clean environment within its facilities, Palace Studios collaborates closely with its partners in the areas including overall interior design, selection of construction materials as well as in- studio amenities. Professional air circulation system and integrated indoor air quality (IAQ) monitoring system are installed to ensure improved air quality within the built environment, flooring is zero volatile organic compounds (VOC) material based made from recycled rubber from a sneaker insole company, sustainable and VOC free organic eicó paint is applied in all studios, and local handmade organic skincare from bathe to basics can also be found in all showers. Palace Studios is determined to address concerns surrounding safety, sustainability and future viability of the personalised fitness industry.

Palace Studios is very honoured to be selected as a Hong Kong Cyberport Creative Micro Fund (CCMF) grant recipient of 2022.
